Can’t claim my artist profile

I am signing up for Spotify for Artists. I have registered my email, etc
It takes me to the “What profile are you claiming?” Window.
I cannot find my artist name. My song has been released on Spotify already

Instead of searching for your artist name, try pasting in the URI of your artist page. You can find out how to get your URI here. 🙂
