Can’t find email on ps4

Hello,

I recently signed in to an old ps4 account which has a Spotify account linked to it. However, I’ve forgotten the email address to log in to this Spotify account and can therefore only use it through this ps4 account. Is it possible for me to find out the email address associated to this account so I can reset the password and use it elsewhere?

In this case, it's expected to see just the display name and the profile picture of an account on the settings of the PlayStation 4. That being said, we'd suggest you follow some of the tips you find in this article, so you can look for the account. If you find more than one account, you can compare the display name and profile picture to check if it's the same one open on your console.

Keep in mind there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to look for the account you're searching for. It's possible you have more than one account.
 

If you find multiple accounts, you can close the ones you don't use by following the steps in this article, so you can avoid future confusion.
