Can't forget a device

Hi,

For some reason I can't log out of my ex-girlfriend's device.  I logged on to her "Echo" when I was at her house a while ago, and now we are constantly in tug-of-war battles over music.   

I first tried "Forgetting" the device from the android mobile app, but it reappears the second she started playing music.   I've changed my password (twice), and subsequently "logged out everywhere" from the main account desktop spotify website, and each time she is listening to Taylor Swift within seconds.  She's either a) guessing my brand new password immediately or b) somehow is getting logged in without my password.  

I really don't wanna talk to her about this (or anything), and doubt she would do anything about it anyway, but what on earth is going on here?   Any suggestions?
