Can't get other user off account

Someone I don't know has gotten access to my account and I can't seem to kick them off.i have tried disconnecting all devices 3 times and that didn't help.

Somehow someone is using your account without you knowing. The first thing you have to make sure is to change the password of your Spotify account and your email account aswell. 

If you have your Facebook account connected, change the password of it too.

Try again and see if this resolves the issue.
