Can't log in.

I use spotify all the time, until recently when I have encounterd a huge problem. I got spotify when I was about 16 years old, and i singed up using an immature user email, pauldacool@hotmail.com. My spotify premium has ran out and I need to re-new my subscription. As I can't remember my password for my pauldacool@hotmail email address, how do I change the account settings to change my email to my current one, which I can remember the password to?
