Can't login because I close my Facebook account!

Hello friends. I sign up with my Facebook account, but I deleted my account around 8 months ago. So I have not access to it. I have no idea how to log in or recover it and I have a DUO subscription in which I am the manager of it. I don't know how to even cancel the subscription. I had to create a new Spotify account to even send this question. Please help me.
