续费后账户重置问题

我的账户续费后被重置了怎么办？续费后我没有见到任何一首歌有canvas

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

That being said, we'd like to gather some additional info. Would you mind sending us a full description of what's happening on your side? Are you having inconveniences with the Canvas feature? 

Keep in mind you can turn on/off Canvas in Settings> Playback. If you're not seeing the option, you can check if there's pending updates for Spotify in the app store of the affected device. 

Lastly, take into account that we're always testing things in the app to improve its functionality, which also might explain why you see something on the app your friend doesn’t, or vice-versa. You can check this thread in which other user reported this feature has disappeared. We’d suggest adding your vote in the thumbs up icon and subscribing to it to get notified as soon as we have any updates to share.

我是中国用户，因为Spotify未在中国提供服务，所以我订阅premium的时候是在网购平台上找商家订阅的，然后我续费的时候再登进去发现原来的账户被重置了，然后原来的canvas也没了，这就是我的情况

Thanks for the post.

The Canvas feature is still in testing, which means that it might disappear from your account. In this case, it's best to create a new Spotify account and check if Canvas is available there. If so, you might want to consider transferring your library over to the new account, following this guide.

As @Alex mentioned previously, the Canvas feature is still being tested. This means that you might see something on the app that other users don't, or get a brand-new feature for only a temporary period.
