Can't make payment!

Hi there. I live in Turkey. I am trying to make purchase premium subscription but I get error message like; 'we are unable to process payment due to payment method. Please try again later or use different card!'
I spokE to my bank. They confirmed Everything is ok with my card.
Can you please check my account.
