Can't see the email in the account via the phone

Hello, i've bought the family plan with one of my parents cellphone, and when i tried to share the plan with the rest of my family accounts i couldn't since it said i must login in the web and do it from there, but i can't even add an email by the app nor see if he actually haves one in that account.
If someone can help me i would really appreciate it

Thanks for coming to the Community.

You can just head into the Settings within the Spotify app and select "Account". There you'll be able to see the username and the associated email address 🙂

Note that you can always log in using your username or email address.
