Can't use my other account and im being charged

Can't use my other account and im being charged

I cant open my spotify account associated with my email. I click on the reset password and it asks for the email associated with the account. I put in the email address and have not received an email to reset my password. Ive tried multiple times and checked my spam and junk mail and nothing from spotify. I am being charged and this is frustrating.

Hi Dawi,

 

The account linked to your Community email has never taken a payment - therefore it looks like you do have another account somewhere.  Could you please contact the Support Team at this link?  They will need any other email addresses/usernames that you may use and will need your date of birth and Zipcode for security.
