Cancelled subscription after payment, commercial immediately despite paid for another month

Hey all,

I used to use spotify premium with a student discount. Since the 12 months were over, I got charged full price today. Anyway, I cancelled my subscription. Immediately afterwards, there were commercials - even though I've just paid for another month! 

On the website it says that cancelling influences the next month so now I feel treated unfairly...

Hey there @LiMaMa, welcome to the community!

That's very odd. In your account page, would you mind checking when your Premium runs out and should revert on Free? If it says your Premium will run out in less than a month's time, try logging out and back in your device and if that doesn't shake things up, a clean re-installation.
