Cannot access Premium account

Cannot access Premium account

I thought I upgraded from my current account but may in fact have created a new account which I now cannot access - any solutions? I received a confirmation email with a reference number but when I logged in it was the same free account I had before. I suspected that I had signed up to the Premium on a new account inadvertantly so tried changing the email address on my account to see if the two could be separated - when I request a password for previous email address however i am told that no account is attached to email, yet when I try to change my address back I am told that an account is already associated with that address...?

You might be able to merge your two accounts yourself by following the instructions in this post.
