Cannot buy Spotify Unlimted

Hi there. I've recently obtained a new credit card, and after my spotify subscription ran out, I decided to change the card number and buy it again.

Now, however, when I want to buy Spotify Unlimited I get to the "Choose Product" screen, I click "Confirm Purchase", enter my password, and I'm just redirected to the last page as if nothing happened. No "Incorrect Password" no "Payment Failure" nothing. It just returns to the previous page.

 I've tried this a few times, and it still won't work. Anything I can do? Because listening to music with ads isn't exactly my thing.

Please submit a support ticket here .

This way your problem will be addressed faster.

You will need to include your account details and intentions. They may be able to fix it for you from that, however they may also need your credit card details to activate your account; don't worry, it's secure.
