Cannot log into my premium account , says not active anymore

Cannot log into my premium account , says not active anymore

This issue has been going on for a few days now and its driving my crazy. When I try to log into my premium account it says there is an error , if I try to say I forgot my password it says there is no active account associated with my email or my facebook log in. All this wouldnt matter and I would just create a new account (like this one I just made so I can post here) except that it is a premium account and I was just charged my $10 for the month. I couldn't even cancle my subscription if I wanted to. 

 

My account that is in distress is Buckyballs84 , please email with the email associated this that account , not this one. This is the second post I have made with no valid response , just the automated email saying I should read the faq.

Hey 🙂

 

You can request a password reset by entering your username on the reset page. The reset email will then be sent to whichever email account is connected to that account.

Hey Peter thanks for your quick response. I would do that if I could but that is not the issue, if I even try to reset my password it says "he username or email you provided is not associated with an active Spotify account." 

 

It is as if my account just vanished and I have no way of accessing it or any payment info. 

Okay, I understand you now 😉

 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form (you shouldn't need to sign in using this link) and they will be able to assist you. They will be able to track your account down using your payment information, which obviously can't be done on the public community.

I had done this, but I used the form where I needed to sign in first and of course I couldnt do that so it was getting to be a headach. I will give this a shot and hope to get a response. Thanks again for your help Peter. 

Response times are normally within 48 hours 😉

If you get an automated reply telling you to visit the community, just reply directly back to it (even if it says not to) and it will be pushed to a member of the team. 

If you don't hear back within that time, post your case number here and I will see if I can grab someone to look into it for you 😉
