Premium user name kidnapped?

I have been a Premium user of Spotify since april 2012. Now suddenly, today, I was downgraded to Free user, and all my 100+ playlists were gone. Some very strange things are happening:

•  I entered a support contact form, and later today I again seemed to be upgraded to Premium, but only for 2 days (until 25 november). My playlists are still gone.
•  Some of my "old' playlists can still be found in Spotify (by searching), but they only display my Spotify user name (BrokenSymmetry) and not my Facebook name. And they are not linked to my account.
•  If I click on this user name in my "old" playlists, I seem to go a totally different user (but with the same user name as I), who has 3 playlists, all created today.

So, it seems like someone today has created a new Spotify user with the same user name as I, and caused me to lose all my playlists and my Premium access? How is this possible?

Hey SebastianT - Definitely sounds like something is off. We can investigate but we'll need some more info.
