Cannot login and error message is contradictory

Cannot login and error message is contradictory

I try to add my daughter to the Family plan. I think we already created an account for her. If I try to login it claims the user name or password is incorrect. If I try to reset the password, the error message is that this account does not exist. And if I try to create a new account it says this mail address already exists. So I cannot go out of this circle. Is it possible to get help from a real spotify person as a premium member?
