Changed accounts without permission

 

Hi everybody, i got an issue. Today i received an email notifying me that spotify changed my email, without my permission, i didnt even asked to change. They changed it to an old email that i had and now doesnt even exist and i don´t even have the password to that email. So, I tried do enter into my spotify account and i can´t acess. Furthermore, I started my first free 3 months trial in August, so if i don´t enter into my account, i can´t cancel the subscription or use my account. I sent an email and still didn´t receive an anwser. What should i do?
