Changing country disables adding payment method

Hi,

I'm currently registered in USA for Spotify Unlimited. I'm trying to change my country to Bulgaria but it seems the #change-country page has a bug:

When I select Bulgaria it hides the "add new payment" forms so I cannot add a new payment that will match the new country and thus the whole operation fails.

How can I report this to a dev team?

Is it possible to try a different browser?

Having a think about it, Bulgaria was added in the most recent countries after the free changes, so Spotify Unlimited is not available in Bulgaria - they only have Premium and Free.
