Changing my email

Changing my email

It seems that i was drunk when i made my spotify account... i used "@hotmail.con" instead og ".com". But i log in with "*hotmail.com" but on my account information it says ".con". And when i try to change it, it says email is already in use. Yes, i use it with that account to log in, so why wont you let me whange it??.... The reason i want this fixes is so that i can get emails from spotify.. Please help if anyone has had this problem before 🙂

Hi @jokerls2, welcome to the community.

 

In this case then I'd suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
