Cancelled my subscription but I still got charged

Cancelled my subscription but I still got charged

I cancelled my Premium subscription the other day because I need to save money but when I looked at my bank account this morning, I still got charged by Spotify. How do I get my money back and cancel my subscription?

Hey @Damrell47,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.

Yea. I'm sorry I must've done something wrong. I should've doubled check to make sure. But I could've swore I got to the very end of it because it gave me the playlist at the end, so I thought I was done. I guess I didn't look good though. Thank you for the help though.
