Charged $9.99 this month even though I have student account (verified and previously)

Hi there,

I was charged $9.99 (or $10.45) with tax for the month of February even though I have the student discount listed on my account. I've also verified my student account through you guys. Can someone help me with this?

That's not cool, lets try and solve this problem.

First thing is to make sure the discount has not expired as student discounts last 12 months. To find out if it has expired have a look in your subscription status.

I checked my subscription and it says: 

"Your subscription will automatically renew on 3/17/17 and you'll be charged $4.99 (+ tax)."

I've also attached an image of my account where it says this.
