Charged Twice

Charged Twice

A friend of mine in the States has Spotify but had to deactivate her FB account for personal reasons. Because she wanted spotify, she set up another FB profile in a different name. She's being paying twice ever since. She's now back on her original FB profile and the other one is deleted. Still paying twice. What can she do?
