Charged after cancelled subscription

Charged after cancelled subscription

I cancelled my subscription months ago, but I am still being charged monthly for it! Absolutely ridiculous service

Hello there,

 

sorry about this issue, did you by any chance cancel on the correct account as sometimes if you create an account with facebook for example it can tend to create duplicate accounts. Perhaps try and find out which account you cancelled and if it is the correct account, block payments from spotify on your card.
