money was withdrawn from my account I tried spotify 3 months free trial on 7 december but i get charged for it how should i get my money back

I used UPI auto pay for 08/03/2024 but my money deducted on the day I start free trial and yet my money didn't comeback

Have you ever had Premium before? You can use 3 month Premium offer only if you haven't had Premium before.

With that in mind, if you've had a trial in the past and used Premium, then this might be the reason why you got charged now.
