Charged twice per month

Charged twice per month

 I´ve spottify premium since to 2015  and my charge is the day 24  per month. Today (02th Aug) charged twice.

 

First: Today isn't  my payment day

Second:  Charger twice amount.

 

Could you charged only one month in the correct day  and cancel a second charged?

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
