Collaborative Playlist and changing the plan

Collaborative Playlist and changing the plan

I am the HOST in a Duo Premium and I'm planning to become a GUEST in a Family Premium. 3 questions:

1) Would it be possible for me to keep my current account?

2) With my current account I manage a collaborative playlist (called GUESTORITHM) with about 130 participants involved. As far as I understand, if I copy the playlist to the new account, all of its songs would be associated to my name, not anymore to the respective users who originally added them. Is there a way to "export" the users, their likes, pictures and so on?

3) What would you suggest me to do? 🙂

Thanks to those who will take the time to read and answer

Hey!

Thanks for posting in the Community.

Yes! You can keep your current account. Just cancel your Duo subscription, and as soon as your account reverts to Free after the Duo subscription has expired, you should be able to accept the invitation to the Family subscription.

Your collaborative playlist will remain the same in your current account. If you still decide to create a new account, you can reach out to Customer Support here to get help transferring the playlist.

Hope this helps 😊 Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cheers!
