Correcting an artist song and account. I want to relocate the single!

I am an artist and I have reached out to Spotify multiple times, about my name being associated with the wrong artist due to it being the same name. My song has been active for 2 years and I have never gotten a response.

There are several ways to report it, and you can find all those ways at https://support.spotify.com/artists/article/music-mixed-up-with-another-artist/ 🙂

Hi thank you for responding. This is the exact form that I have filled out before. The problem is I am not attempting to claim a profile I want to claim my song and get a separate profile with the same same created. There is no option for that, leaving me stuck with a profile I don’t want getting updates on songs that are not mine. 
I look forward to hearing back from you.

That's odd, since one of the links at the bottom of the page lets you reach out to Spotify directly, and you should receive a response within a few minutes in most cases:
