Didn't get 30 day premium

Good Morning!

On 10/11 I downloaded a 7- day free trial of Spotify premium (best decision ever) and today saw an email to get one month more for free by signing up for the subscription.  I signed up and got a confirmation that I will be billed starting on 10/18.  This means I don't get the 30-days free that the email offered.  How can I correct this?  Thanks!

The 30 day trial should start after the completion of the 7 day trial on the 18th. However, should you have any troubles with this, please get in touch with our accounts teams on our contact form.
