Don't know how to change password

Ive been HACKED and I can't change my password I created my account with Facebook and now I can't change my password. Spotify says I need to use stupid Facebook well I looked and Idk how so does anyone else know how? It would be great if you could tell me. Please and thank you.

Hi, sorry to hear about your account difficulties. Are you still able to access your Facebook account? If it was created with FB, you would need to change the password there rather than on Spotify itself.

Please follow the steps in this guide to resetting your password and let us know if that resolves the issue.

I would also suggest logging into your Spotify account page once you've gotten your Facebook password changed and using the "sign out everywhere" option just to make sure no one else is using your account still. You can access that here.

It didn't work and now the hacker is controlling music on my phone and on
my PlayStation and won't let me listin to my music

Okay, sounds like you will need to get in touch with Spotify support via email to get this resolved as it seems to be a fairly complex account issue since you weren't able to fix it with Facebook. Please visit this Support Form and answer the questions there to submit your issue to a support representative. Someone should get back to you at your email address within 24-48 hours.
