The Premium cancellation process is darn horrifying

The Premium cancellation process is darn horrifying

I'm rather upset about the Premium cancellation process. It doesn't quite seem very user friendly to me.

 

To start with, my online page is in Finnish automatically because I reside in Finland, and I have no clue how to apply any changes in Settings for this. (Any help?)

Which probably is one of the reasons why cancellation was so hard: I'd expect subsciption is being automatically cancelled after giving a reason, in two steps, just like most of the services do it, and I didn't read much into context of the following page, so last month I unsubscibed. So I thought, and then I got charged for one more month of Premium, which caused questions.

 

I double checked on everything and have now successfully cancelled Premium, but heck, could you have made the process even more complex in steps? User'd automatically get that "Sorry to see you going" message as a goodbye, so why would you ever prolong the process 2 steps further?

So I guess I have all the rights to consider it a user screw up. But feel free to prove me wrong.

 

Anyhow, that's totally uncool, and I'd imagine you guys are capable of bringing a better service to customers than that.
