Hello-
I downgraded my account to Unlimited, but miss having mobile device access. I attempted to upgrade back to Premium again via my online account but it's not clear how? There is no option in the online account interface to upgrade again, or halt the queued downgrade request.
My account is scheduled to downgrade on 4/11/13.
Please tell me I have to cancel my entire account in order to re-subscribe to Premium. That doesn't seem like a very customer friendly option at all.
Any help is appreciated.

Please go to the subscriptions page and you can upgrade to premium again from there.

You have got an active Spotify Premium subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Unlimited on 2013-04-11 and you will be charged $4.99 unless you cancel recurrent payments.
Payment method
Premium codes
View receipts
Cancel your subscription
There is an option in the upper navigation called 'Premium'. When I click that I'm sent to a page where I do have the ablity to click on the 'Get Premium' button that is enabled. However when I click that I'm sent right back to my subscription page with the same content.
Do I need to wait until after 4/11 for the ability to ugrade again?

I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and hopefully they will be able to assist you in fixing this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

You could try submitting a support ticket on the contact form, and someone over at Spotify can cancel the scheduled downgrade for you

Sam, that's exactly what I was looking for!
My account details showed I would be downgraded to Free on 4/11 and when I change to Premium, the account descrption chaged to show I would begin my Premium account on 4/11 and would be paying the monthly fee.
Excellent solution. Worked perfectly.
