I do not remember the password for my premium account. I tried to reset my password, however the email associated with my account was a university student email and has been deactivated since I am no longer a student, therefore I am unable to receive any password reset links. The password is not saved in my phone, and my university is unable to recover my old email. Is there anyway to reset my password or the email for my account if I don’t have either credentials?

In this case, it's best to reach out to Support so that they can try to look into this for you: https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/.

 

You may need to provide proof of account ownership, or purchase or payment details. It’s good to have these ready. 🙂
