Facebook login messed up my account

So I've had my account for quite a while and I've always logged in through facebook. Today I noticed the email adress listed as my account isn't the same as the one on my Facebook account, and when I tried to change my email it told me the password was wrong. The email adress was ramnico37@gmail.com, which I've never heard of. So I unlinked my spotify account from my FB account and tried to log in again. Didn't work. I tried to register a new account through my FB account and it worked like a charm. Problem is, now my credit card details are on the account I can't access and also my playlists. Can someone please look into this and help me so I can keep the family premium I paid for and transfer my playlists?
