Family Members keep getting replaced

I currently have Spotify Family and keep getting members replaced with unknown users. I have my account linked to Facebook where I have a few layers of security as well as notifications if my account is accessed so I know that it is not a breech of facebook initself. What can I do to secure my spotify account to keep this from happening?
