Forced offline mode!!

Forced offline mode!!

Hey

I have some serious problem with my Spotify.. On the main computer it just wont work. It goes in offline mode and is stuck there.. However it works just fine on my Android and if I log on from another computer/wifi connection. But same problem on my WD TV Live.

 

I keep getting error code 112, 117, 104....

 

What I've tried:

 

-Turn off all firewall in router and Windows Firewall

-Log in/out several times

-Re-installed Spotify several times

-Connected to internet without router

 

All failed ๐Ÿ˜•

 

 

What can I do then?

 

I've searched the community for help, but I couldn't find any solution that worked for me.

got the same problem!

Hi,

 

The same thing here. Apparently Spotify is in offline mode but if you go to the menu, the offline mode is not turn on. Anyway,  obviously it is in offline mode. I cannot listen to online songs or playlists. It is working on my Android but the aplication is not working on my laptop. 

 

I do not have a firewall and I already re-installed Spotify, following Spotify website instrucctions, but none of this is working. I am a Spotify Premium member and I cannot listen to anything but offline playlists... Please, anyone can help me (all of us experimenting this problem)?

Have the same on laptop and desktop .. Nothing helps. Installing software again.. so maybe Spotify can help us

And the problem is back..... Nop, no way to listen to music in Spotify but offline playlists... What is happenning????

It is crazy, the Internet connection on Spotify comes and go almost everty 10 seconds.... This is a real bug. Any help from Spotify, please? I do have no firewall and I already re-installed the application a few times with no results. It only works on my Android (not in laptop nor desktop). Thanks.

I'm also having the same problem. There is nothing wrong with my pc or internet connection as everything else is running smoothly. It just works for a few minutes and then stops and goes into offline mode. This is getting a bit annoying. ๐Ÿ˜•

SERIOUSLY not cool anymore. I am unable to connect to Spotify, same as you guys. Stuck in offline mode - however, now that I re-installed the program as per their advice, I can't even listen to offline anymore....

Internet is working fine and firewall parameters have all been checked and no problem there either....I don't get it...Help....

..and suddenly it works fine again.. Smiley Very Happy

Who's your Spotify Star?

I'm currently having this problem and I don't know what to do about it 

I haven't selected offline mode but it states on the bar at the bottom that it is

Can you not select the main menu item file/offline mode to uncheck it and go back online? (I'm assuming you are using the desktop client).

@lifewithglasses - It is also worth trying to double click a track and see if you get a more detailed error message/code?
