Free Trial has Stopped Working

Free Trial has Stopped Working

Hello,

I am about halfway through the 30 day free trial and it has stopped working and when I try to play a song it says that I need Spotify Premium. I have signed up for the premium service for when the free trial is over so I'm a bit confused as to why its stopped working. I've gone into my subscriptions and it says tha it's set up for Spotify premium ?!?!?!?!

Can anybody help?

Very strange, have you tried logging out and back in again?

I have the same problem. 30-day Free trial stopped working after a few days. I tried logging out and logging back in but still doesn’t work.

 

Can I get some assistance please?

You can make sure you haven't got another account which might be causing confusion.

 

If the issue persists, can you tell us a bit more about what you're experiencing:

 

  1. When did your trial stopped working after activation? 
  2. What's the error message that you get? 
  3. What do you see on your account page regarding your current subscription?
