Gutscheincode wird nicht angenommen

Hi,

Ich habe mir vor kurzem eine Spotify Gutscheinkarte gekauft. 

Beim ersten Versuch diese einzulösen bekam ich die Meldung 

503 Service Unavailable 

no server ist available to handle this request 

Beim zweiten Versuch den Code zu aktivieren kam 

"Dieser Premium-Code ist leider nicht gültig".

Kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Danke!

same here my computer refuses to play any songs from work computer. i need my music when I work. 1 week without spotify. and today it just starting to work.we should be reimbursed for the truobles we pay monthly for monthly swervices not 2 or 3 week of service. and their is no number to call FRUSTRATING!
