Dear people, 

 

I have an issue where i have purchased a premium code for 3 months that does not work. I have tried to use the contact form on the website 5 times however i keep getting an auto reply refering me to the community page. If i ask about it here people keep referening me bakc to the contact form that keeps giving me auto replys sending me bak here, leaving me in somewhat of a loop.

I need way to contact spotify to fix this issue because i love the service (have been using it for nealry 2 years as a premium user). But if they  essentially make me pay for something I never recevie i will need to find an alternative service. 

And please dont refer me to the contact form this of customer service because (at least for me) it does not seem to work...

Hello spotify. I love your service and use it nearly every day. However, I was none too pleased with the last update, which attached spotify to my computer start up. This slowed down my start up and made things very difficult until I figured out how to disable this.

This was such an arrogant change to make on your part. I cannot see any good reason or need for spotify to open at start up. What were you thinking?
