Help with iphone 5 application

Help with iphone 5 application

hello, I beleive I am a premium user, yet I cannot access songs on my iphone 5, I am logged in using my email. Can you please help, I rarely use the radio and prefer to selet individual tracks from selected artists. Thanks!

No, I have been a premium user for about 2 months now, but I have had account issues, I some how created two accounts when I joined, I then requested the cancellation of one, and I haven't been able to get the iphone app to recognize my premium status since. I am just now getting around to resolving the issue 😄

No worries 😉 

 

What is your subscription status on your online overview when you log in using the same details you do on the iPhone? 

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the application anyways just incase it has got a bit stuck!

No luck, I reinstalled the app and restarted my phone. 😕
