Thanks for reaching out! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.
 

What is the status of your subscription when you open your account overview page?
In case no payment is visible there, I would check if I haven't created an additional Spotify account by mistake (with the active subscription on it).


If it's visible but not reflected in the app, log out of the app and then back in twice in a row. This will trigger a manual sync of your settings 🙂
