How can I cancel my subscription when I lost access to my account

How can I cancel my subscription when I lost access to my account

My Question or Issue

 

I lost access to my account, I can't restore access by e-mail, when i do it a new account is being created.
Also, the account has been deleted from the application, it says that the password is incorrect. But I have a subscription renewal card attached, how do I unlink the card?

It sounds like there might be another account in the mix here, which is pretty common since Spotify accounts can be created in different ways. I'd suggest taking a look at this FAQ article on locating other accounts. It walks you through some steps to help track down any other accounts that might be tied to you 🙂
