Adult verification in Korea is not working

My Question or Issue

The adult verification process via cell phone verification number in Korea does not seem to work properly.

To listen to Korean 19+ songs, I need to verify my age via text message on my cell phone. I recently tried this process and entered the verification number correctly and completed the verification process properly. After completing the verification, the PASS page (the page where the cell phone verification is done) redirects me to the Spotify app.

However, when I try to play a 19+ song again on the redirected Spotify app, it still pops up a window asking for adult verification and won't play. I go through the text verification again, and it repeats infinitely. I've tried doing this through the website, not the Spotify app, but the result is the same: no matter how many times I go through the verification, it never gets reflected in Spotify.

I would really appreciate it if you could resolve this issue.

Could you let me know where you’re trying to play the tracks from? If it’s not within a playlist, give it a try there and see if that helps.
