How do I fix my account problem?

I have a premium account on my phone but when I login into my account on my computer it's not the same account I've logged in and out a few times and it doesn't change I use the same Email and password as I do on my phone but it's a different account when I login on my computer I mean it's a brand-new account.... also, when I try to join my account to my Discord account it comes up as this new account that's not my premium account that I've had for a couple years. How do I get it fixed???

Hey

 

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
