How to delete account

Hello!

I would like to delete my spotify account for good. how do i do it?

I've tried everything and I would like an assesor help me to cancel de account.

I don´t undestand why it's so difficult to cancel an account. Plese help me. Thanks

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

It's pretty frustrating, I'm losing a lot of time.

Hello , i want to delete an account .  I create one with another email because i had trouble loggin in a family account, now the problem is solved but i have 2 users ( one with facebook working , and another one that i want to delete). The  user i want to delete is VALERIAMORIS with the mail andresmorisxx@xxxxx.com

Can you login with your Valeriamoris account? Also can you still access that email account which is connected to this Valeriamoris account? If yes then login with that username and contact Spotify through this link below.

If you can not login with that username or access that email then you have to create a new email address and then use Anonymous Contact form below.

Before you fill up above form make sure you sign off all devices if possible by following tutorial below.

Then make sure you logout from everywhere.
