How to log in existing family member??

My Question or Issue

I am the Premium Family account holder. My daughter's account already exists, I can see her under "Manage your Family plan". But when I click on her, the only options are "Play explicit content" and "Invite someone else". I don't want to invite someone else; I want to log her into her new mobile phone!!!! 

How do I log my daughter in with her existing account into her new mobile phone? 

I can't believe how bad Spotify user experience is, the PMs and UX should be ashamed of themselves.

Each member on a Premium Family plan has their own individual Spotify account. That’s why you’re unable to access their accounts through yours—this setup ensures everyone’s privacy is protected.

If they’re using a new device, they just need to open the Spotify app and log in with the same username or email address and password they used on their previous device. If they forgot their password, they can request a password reset email here.

Why can't I at lease see my daughter's username or email? There is no mention of "spotify" in her gmail, meaning she never received an email form you? How do I find out what her "username or email" is?

Thanks for letting me know.

It's possible she used a different email address for signing up to Spotify then. She can try using this guide to locate her account.

If she still has her old phone and hasn't erased it yet, she can open the Spotify app, and go into Settings > Account, where she'll be able to see her account's username.
