How to remove someone's access to your account you don't know?

I used this app where it said I could do my own Spotify bedroom and agreed to the terms and conditions but it said it would have access to my account but also I could remove this access in my account settings

I understand your concern about a app maintaining access to your account.

You can easily manage this by going to your Account Page.

Scroll down to and click Manage apps (under Security and privacy), and you’ll see a list of apps connected to your account.

From there, you can remove any app you no longer want to have access.

For the app you mentioned, "Your Internet Bedroom" is likely listed under the name "Discz x Verse." Just click the big green Remove Access button, and the access will be revoked.
