I HAVE PREMIUM BUT STILL GETTING FREE

Hello, I have a Premium account wich I have been using without any problem. Yesterday I format my android phone and when I re installed the spotify app, I loged in and I get a free acount. I´m sure that that is the account beacause I checked it in the accounts secccion of spotify web. My username is pbelotti

I also deleted the android phone in the list of devices vinculated to this account.

 

I need help

Internet solved it by restoring the password. Igual dont know why but that Was the solution

Hey @10214997,

 

It sounds like you've got a second account with Spotify. Are there any other email addresses you could have used to register with Spotify? It's worth checking those inboxes to see if you have any Spotify emails -- that will mean your extra account is registered with that email.

 

  • If you don't have another email address, note how you log into the Spotify app usually.
  • If you use your Facebook details try entering your Spotify username (if you created one originally).
  • If you use your Spotify username try entering just your email address.

tried everyting. Im playing the premium account on the pc and it goes fine.
I checked there in the account details and it says username pbelotti
So i belive that is the premium user

I'd recommend logging out of the app and then logging back in with your username and password instead of your email address and password.

Hmm, that's odd. This shouldn't be happening when you're logging in with the username 'pbelotti' and your password. Can you send me a screenshot of where you're seeing Free stated? (Make sure any emails/info you don't want shared isn't on show in the screenshot). I'll see what else I can suggest.
