I accidentally picked unlimted instead of premium when I redeemed a giftcard

Will customer support let me undo this and switch to premium? I bought the giftcard for premium, not unlimited. When I redeemed the giftcard the only option on my screen was unlimited so I selected unlimited. I think my internet or something was being slow and didn't load.

Hi, if the giftcard said it could be redeemed for premium, then you can use the Support Form to contact customer services and they will switch your subscription 🙂

Yep, it's supposed to be used to get premium or unlimited.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you have been in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form, responses are normally within 24 hours.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages when you submit the form, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
