I can not add email to my account

I wanted to add email in my account  because without it i can not even reset password. When i wanted to add email in my account, the box where you can enter the email was like dark (i could not write anything there). I am attaching a screenshot so you can see.

For some reason, the image you attached isn't showing on our end. However, for what you're describing it sounds like your account was created with Facebook. In that case, you can't change your account's email address on your end.
