I can't access my premium account on my new phone. My login is wrong

When I login it takes me to an old account without premium

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. 

If you can't remember the email or username of your Premium account, you can try to reset your password here by entering possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a message saying that the password reset email was sent.

It's also worth keeping in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to see if you can find your account.

If none of the above work, you can also try reaching out to our Support team here. They can take a look backstage and provide further help if possible.

j'ai le même souci que ce membre, malheureusement mon gamin ne connais plus son compte et mot de passe. Comment puis je lui remettre son compte sur son gsm? De plus il n’est pas possible de lui renvoyer le lien de connexion.

pour précision 

- je ne connais pas son adresse mail 

- il ne le connaît plus non plus

- il est membre de la famille mais je ne peux plus envoyer de lien

- le supprimer enlèvera toute sa playlist et on veut éviter ça 

comment récupérer le compte sur son gsm… c’est tellement compliqué et verrouillé que je m’en sort pas. Une fois je tombe en néerlandais puis anglais j’aimerais juste qu’il puisse se reconnecter sur son compte.
